 We offer Finished Green Beef. You will receive once a week one pound of ground round or one pound of uncured beef hot dogs. Our Cattle are raised on USDA certified organic pastures in Southern Missouri. Our cattle are raised humanely and are free range. There are no antibiotics, hormones or vaccines used and we treat our animals with kindness and respect.
